Download Pixieset Gallery Guide
Pixieset is the platform I use to deliver all client photo galleries. It’s simple and easy to navigate. On this page, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to access and download your images. To get started, make sure you have your gallery password (provided in your welcome email) and PIN if one was included.
Once your images are downloaded, please remember to save them somewhere safe. I highly recommend backing them up in at least two locations. Your gallery will stay active for 90 days from the delivery date. After 90 days, a re-hosting fee will apply if you need your gallery made available again.
IMPORTANT: Please do not screenshot your images to save them. Screenshots significantly reduce image quality and will lead to poor-quality prints and files.

Desktop/Laptop Download:
To download the full gallery, click the Download icon in the top-right corner of the gallery. You may be asked to enter your email and your download PIN (included in your welcome email, if applicable). The images will arrive as a ZIP file sent to your email. Open the file, and it should automatically unzip so you can access your images.
Signle Image Download
To download individual photos from your computer, you have two options:
Option 1:
Hover your mouse over any image in the gallery and click the small download arrow that appears in the corner.
Option 2:
Click on the image to open it in a larger view. Once it’s open, select the download arrow at the top right of the screen.
DOWNLOADING ON A MOBILE DEVICE
You can save single images or the full gallery on your phone or tablet, just like on a computer.
For individual images: Tap the photo to open it, then press and hold the image. Select “Add to Photos” (or similar option) to save it to your camera roll.
For full gallery downloads: If available, the entire collection will be sent to your email as a zip file.
